Alternative propulsion technologies and innovative assistance systems: perspectives for emission-free shipping?

We were delighted to accept the invitation, as new ideas and concepts in the field of propulsion technology always open up new project and product ideas for us. After an introduction by Dr Neumann and Ms Baumann, followed by a very informative and entertaining presentation by Mr Malte Zeretzke, DNV GL, on the topic of green shipping, two projects were presented: "GreenSailer" and "greenMEPS".
